Found this great performance by James Taylor on The Howard Stern Show from a while back. Anyhow, he does a great cover of Woodstock and I was wondering if those with good ears could give me a clue as to how to play this tune. The link to download the song is below. There is some banter before the song starts; forward to 35 seconds to hear him start the tune.

Thanks :)

its in dm with a dropped d. i think the chorus is c g dm x2 , f em c g dm. it's all arpeggiated with descending riffs in the bass, a series of 3 2 0's on the a string and d string (not the dropped d string, although i think he does it once or twice there, too). the verse uses the same set of chords, although i'm not sure if the order is the same. i only listened twice. it's kind of muddy and the neighbors were playing their bass. hope that gets you started.
