Hi, and Welcome to GuitarNoise. :D

Who can say what challenges you? Learning to play Stairway to Heaven is pretty challenging, there are probably a thousand other songs equally as challenging or more so.

You want a challenge?

OK.

Keep playing guitar for the rest of your life and never quit.

That is the tough one.

Hey, I see you have Freebird in your signature. I would say the solo would be extremely challenging.

I could name all sorts of songs, but I don't know if they would appeal to you or even if you are familiar with them. A song sort of in the same vein as Stairway to Heaven and equally as challenging would be Roundabout by Yes. That is the song that opens with the beautiful harmonics at the 12th fret.

And I'm very glad you plan on playing forever. 8)

Here's a challenge -- become a complete musician.

Become able to read music and play it in any position on the guitar neck.
Become able to sing reasonably well while playing
Become able to play any style -- swing to bossa nova to western to punk
Become able to comp from a lead sheet
Become able to transcribe a difficult solo correctly by yourself
Share your love of music and the guitar with anyone and everyone around you.

What I've learned over the years is to not get stuck playing only one style, but learn to play them all. Becoming a versital guitarist will help you define your own style and sound.

If you like rock, learn the blues. It's the basis of a lot of rock.

Who needs a signature?
I mean really...
It's almost always lyrics...
or a cliche...
or garbage about me...
Lets just save YOU from the pain, ok?

why don't you try some of the song lessons on the main site and tell us how you get on?
Or try Texas Flood by SRV or Crossroads by Cream, should keep you busy

Learn a few songs by Robert Johnson, who's been the influence for many blues artists as well as rock.

I started with nothing - and I've still got most of it left.
Did you know that the word "gullible" is not in any dictionary?
