oh the unforeseen....
i bought .13 strings for my acoustic guitar...mmm...heavy sound, and it does sound good...
however in thinking about the extra strength needed to push them down i thought about open chords...not barre chords...
*rolls eyes*
so im fine with the lower neck barre chords up to about A...then B and up are a struggle...mainly to keep all the strings presses down with your index finger and not mute them, after playing 3/4 of Creep by radiohead you really know it.... :D
forearm burn...
but anyways it wont hurt to get the strength up hey! however i am a bit nervous about going back to an electic with soft strings, i bend them slightly out of tune occasionally and i reckon this might make it worse :(

Put heavier strings on the electric.

I've pretty well standardized on 12s for acoustic and electric.
