There has been a quite a bit of talk about scales lately and I feel guilty for not practicing them as much as I should :oops: :oops: :oops:

For me memorizing the pattens of each box is fairly easy but I never could figure out how to connect them so I can just play one BIG scale? Someone have the secret to this mystery? Maybe this is the key to get me to practice these darn things more often!

I go up a note each time and repeat the pattern. The pattern changes a little bit on the b string if you're talking about sliding up into a 2 octave scale.

Guitarin' isn't a job, so don't make it one.
