I've been looking up tabs and ect on the net. Alot of times I see diffrent types of tooning. Like "Dropped D" tuning. So, I wanted to know, using the dropped D example, how would you tune this?

for drop d, tune the e string to your d string, so you strings would be

D A D G B E

now you have a movable powerchord shape on the D A D strings

yes, drop the 4th string of a bass down two semitones and the bass is in dropD.
