GuitarPlayer (mag) did a lesson a few months ago with Reggie Wooten (brother of Victor)... best tapping lesson I've ever seen. Not sure if you can find it online, but it's there.
Guitar magazine websites sometimes have archived lessons, and Zakk really makes the rounds to the magazines. If I were looking for his lessons, that's where I would go.

Zack has got articles in guitar world that are quite useful, so i'd recommend buying a few issues.
