I'm thinking of installing them on my SG. I like that they cut and secure the string yet there are two concerns.
1. The new tuners are heavier than the ones factory installed on my guitar. The guitar already has a heavy neck so it wants to fall to the floor. More weight means more pull.
2. I'm not sure if I'd have to bore a larger hole to accomodate these tuners. I love carpentry but don't want to hurt my guitar.
