Tend to buy a Hofner flying V with 2 DiMarzio X2N humbuckers for 100€.
Will these humbuckers fit in my Epi SG (G400) and will they do a lot of profit?

They should fit, yeah.
Wheather the effect is positive depends on how you feel about the sound of the X2N's, I suppose. It's going to change the sound of the guitar, that's for sure.
