Help with Acoustic Set

Hi All,
I'm putting together a set of acoustic material together so I can do some gigs on my own.As I spend most of my time working on songs for my band to play I could do with a few suggestions on Acoustic numbers.A few simple guidelines:

1: Not too complicated in structure :?:
2:Not too wordy (no five verses,middle 8ths and bridges etc) :shock:
3:Not too depressing :(
4:They have to sound good with one guitar and one Vocal :D
