I need to have the bridge on my acoustic fixed. I'd like to find a good luthier, but I don't really know how to go about it. I'm in the Chicago area. Any recommendations? Thanks.

Word of mouth is always the best way to find any craftsman. If you don't know any local musicians who can recommend someone who's done work for them, then try a guitar store - they'll usually know all the local makers and repairers and should be able to recommend someone to you.
