I had to tighten up my amp plug and....

When I took off the back cover, the inside was covered with this white powdery stuff. Is this stuff supposed to be in there? Its not on the electronic parts, just the wood around it. If it matters its a Ibenez Black Knight, 4 months old......Thanks.

Sounds like normal dust from the factory, probably harmless.

When I die, I want to go peacefully in my sleep like my grandfather, not screaming......

With that said, don't spend too much time huffing it.

anthrax. great. now the color alerts wand theFBI will be all over the place.

if the white stuff does not smell musty then it is not mildew. if it does smell then you have some cleaning and need to store the amp out of a damp area.
