I have had to tighten the tuner knobs 3-4 times corresponding to my e and b strings. It was giving me a horrible buzz! I haven't changed string gauge or adjusted the action at all, and I'm wondering why this problem is recurring?

Occasionally tuners that attach with a bolt on the front of the peg will work themselves loose. At least, it's happened to me a few times. I don't seem to get the problem with gibson-style tuners, though, where the tuners attach with screws on the back of the headstock.
