Pickups and electronics questions

I read through the postings, although it's been sometime ago I hope someone can comment. I have a MIK Epiphone Sheraton II 2007 and plan to upgrade with some of the components metion in this thread. Seymour Duncan SH2 SH4 Pickups, CTS 500K pots and .22 caps. wiring TBD...What I would like to know is has anyone done a semi-hollow body guitar and what are the results? I read most of the posting pertaining to sold body guitars...
