i have a PRS ce22 thats about a year old. I just noticed that when i play the high e string really high (around the 19+ frets) the notes sound very dead. After taking a closer look i realized it was the bridge pickup. The pickups on my guitar are covered and the cover on this particular pickup is slanted. So that means it sticks higher up on one side (the high e string side) and thus it slightly touches the high e whenever its plucked. Im hoping this will be an easy fix. what do you think?
On my guitar, the screw in the middle adjusts the height of the pickup.
