I've just just recently built myself an SG style guitar and come to the point of wiring the pots I found a wiring image for SG/LP styles but had a question about groundin the pots

This is the wirng image I found

Now my question
To ground all the pots I've got the ground wire coming from the bridge I solder this to the casing of one of the pots then from this pot I solder a piece of wire to the remaining pots? (but not back to the first pot creating a loop) Correct???

Many thanx to all that help

That will work, and you do not have to worry about avoiding a ground loop here -- it would be small enough physically to make any ground loop issues trivial. BTW, I believe the Flat Earth diagram assumes a shielded/grounded control cavity, as the tone pot bodies are not shown grounded in any other way; they would have to be connected to ground to have any effect.
