I recently recorded these and people didn't like my distortion on them. I lost a lot of tone with them so i turned all my delay and crap off and re-made them. check em out...

I liked the srv second take. good stuff.
the first vid I have a few problems. it didn't work for me when you take your hands off the guitar between licks.
it didn't make sense.
the behind the back thing was stupid. your playing didn;t get better.
practice that stuff with the camera off.

your playing on the second vid was real.
I took you seriously. the commitment to the licks gave you the most excellent tones.

I often play using the neck pickup. those overdriven bell like tones are cool.
flipping the bridge pickup in the mix really tightens the one. it's great to be able to
get that so easily with the five way.

i havent seen the other vid dogbite was talking about.
this was a brave challenge, a long backing track to play too - it is hard to keep things varied and none repetative over such a long time.
Its a good way to practice, and i hope in 12 months time your still posting - you obviously practice hard and youll come on leaps and bounds!!

"I like to play that guitar. I have to stare at it while I'm playing it because I'm not very good at playing it."
Noel Gallagher (who took the words right out of my mouth)
