I always found Amaltea’s story really sweet. Amaltea was originally a nymph: now, when Rea (Zeus’ mother) hid her son from Chrono, Amaltea turned herself into a goat in order to feed baby Zeus. Feeding a god should have been quite hard: eventually, she lost one horn (that Zeus collected and turned it into the Horn of Plenty). When Zeus became the Lord of Heavens and Earth, he decided to reward Amaltea by turning her into the constellation of Capricorn.
This is one of the few happy ending stories in Greek Mythology.
