This is a tongue twister but I had to try it - I'm addicted to this Jerry Jones Guitar! Thanks for watching, dale.
yeah man. I love the sound of those Jerry Jones guitars. masonite right? I have a jerry Jones sitar guitar. masonite. it has the same tone. I love it.
baritone. very cool guitar. now I want one. I listen to older country. that baritone slap one Buck owens songs always grabbed my ear.
you play well.
JJ sitar too cool! Mine sounds like the same construction - it is very cool. I like the exact sound you are describing. I play in a coutry bad that does a lot of pre-70s country and that's where I use it most. Thanks for your kind words and for taking time to comment! dale
oh man, pre 70's country band....how far do you live from me??
I have been jonesing for a gig like that again.
i live a bit south, central KY - if you are ever down this way..................we play a lot of Cash, Owens, Haggard - you know what I'm talkin about! all the best, dale.
props man, that sounded well sweet!! ya got me gassing for a baritone now, lol.
is it difficult to learn how to switch from regular to baritone? is the tuning different? you're pretty darn sharp on playing the acoustic, as I recall from some other equally delightful Hear Here posts you've made.
good work, I'll keep checking for more!
i love this guitar and I've enjoyed it even more than I thought I would. it is tunned just the same, people generally either tune it down a 4th or 5th from standard tunning but the same string intervals. Mine is tuned down a 5th. The string are a heavy guage but feel just great on this guitar, easy to play. The JJ guitars are priced fairly and the setup and build quality on this guitar is very impressive. Maybe you can get your hands on one and see what you think, thanks again, dale.

oh, those guys have great songs to play. I had the pleasure of joining a throw together backing band for a pedal steel guitar get together two summers ago. played for seven hours backing fourteen steelers. their whiskey voiced wives sang Honky Tonk Angels umpteen times. I stood over their shoulders watching the hands move.
central KY might as well be on the moon with these gas prices. I live in Mn. maybe I'll throw the oo's in.
do you have a comp and phaser in your set up?
great stuff you're talking about there! i do have a comp - don't have a phaser but my chorus can get close, have a few teles and play through a Princeton clone.
Nice execution, Great sound. We use a fender jaguar baritone guitar to do the bass iparts in our Hindsight band. Its tuned down a whole octave from the standard guitar. I like it also.
that sounds very cool, something about a different voice in the mix is nice at times. Thanks for watching, dale.
