Hi Everybody
I was so inspired of the collaboration Mid Week March Jam that I did my own improvisation on the backing track.

One reason was that I wanted to test the full overdrived sound from my "new " Laney DB150 Bass head on a suitable backing track.
The amp has a tube pre-amp channel that gives a rather good tube overdrived sound that I used in this song.

nicely done Kalle.

the overdrived sound was superb, i wish i could achieve tones like that. i like the melodic playing as well, very relaxing.

Thanks guys
The funny thing is that this sound comes from a second hand Bass Amp head (Laney DB150H, 150W/4 ohm) that I just traded for a Tape Recorder (Revox A77) that has been sitting in a closet for ages (>20 years).

My aim was to sell the tape recorder for 50-60 USD just to get rid of it, but the buyer offered me an exchange that I accepted.

The nice thing with this amp is that has a tube pre-amp with pre- and postgain controls and also a "clean" FET input pre-amp. You can get everything from a real clean sound from the FET input to a clean to overdrived tube pre-amp sound.
And it also has a 9 band graphic EQ , limiter and noise gate.
It has a balanced XLR Direct Inject output that I have connected to an XLR input of my recording mixer.
And its is more or less noise and hum free at all output levels, wich is good for recording
Its now my primary recording Pre-Amp for Electric Guitar, Bass Guitar and Electroacoustic guitar.
