I did not know anyone that was injured from the bridge collapse. a friend and his kids just got off to see a ball game a few blocks away. he said he heard something behind hiom. wow! I live just down river, about 9/10s of a mile. I was in my backyard when it happened. I felt the ground shake. traffic is a mess now. we all use that bridge daily so everyone I know is freaked out.
not my time. I ride my bike under the brisdge daily. I went to sxchool a block away and we hung out nder the bridge.

Our neighbors daughter (who is giving my daughter violin lessons) was on the bridge at about 5:45 that day. Also one of my best friends girl friend was on it at about 6:00... close but thankfully there is time for a cigar!!
