I have a recurring dream: being buried alive. The panic, the sweat, the lack of oxygen... It feels like a daydream I can't wake up from. I felt the same way reading some of the confessions, and in a way, I could relate to that particular sensation. Finding something in common inspired me to write this song. I tried to bring to life a peaceful nightmare, something horrifying yet serene... Again, I don't know how else to describe it. I also have to thank all the years gone by listening to Pink Floyd for writing this song.
