this song remnant popped into my head one day. it's a short song from a Marianne Faithful album.
of course she did a better job. I did a quick recording session to get it down.
EDIT: this is an odd obscure kind of song. not for everyone's taste.
here I am trying my voice. singing, I realize some words are more difficult to get sounding right. with my attempts I have a great appreciation for those that can really sing.

great lyrics in this song - i like it! It is a good song and you do it well. Your other recordings allow you to show your guitar abilities more, but this is a good listen, i enjoyed it . It seemed a bit short, is that the length of the origional?

thanks for the listens. the original had a beautiful acoustic guitar playing behind the lyrics. finger picked and using saome alt tuning; when I played along some strings did not sound right so I immediately think alt tuning. haven't sussed out what it is yet.
I simplified my version fleshing it out with string bass and horns (vst instruments).
it is a short song lyric wise. I left out a guitar break lick.
enough of this obscure stuff. I am going to get my guitar tuned up and rock out more.
