Hey guys, It's been a month or two since I've posted a song. Been having a bit of writer's block going down. Today I woke up with a bit of a cold, so I decided to pull a John Lennon and record Twist and Shout. I've been wanting to record this song for a long time. And let me just say that my voice is now completely shredded. Tell me what you think.

One chord is fine.
Two you're pushing it.
Three and you're into jazz.

that is such a fun song to play. I like the gravel in your voice.
you should try the song again, but tune down a half step.
I like the sound of voices when they are at some part of a head cold and have that tone.
no sense in shredding the voice chords, however. that's why I said to down tune.
it is an easier range and you get to enjoy the gravel and rasp.

I always enjoy listening to your posts.

Nice energy, you hit the right notes. I still like your originals better. We know you can do covers well.

i love that song, we play it as part of a 60s medly and it always gets people dancing. good choice, and well performed!

"I like to play that guitar. I have to stare at it while I'm playing it because I'm not very good at playing it."
Noel Gallagher (who took the words right out of my mouth)
