Well, in a whole sentence...

If I put my guiter normally into the V Amp2's Input jack and put another instrument cable into the headphone socket and connect it to my PC Line In would it work without messing anything up?

I don't think so. You need to take the left side of the stereo output from the V-AMP to the line in of your PC sound card.

Otherwise you could conjure a cable that runs two mono 1/4" jacks to a single stereo 3mm input jack.

I started with nothing - and I've still got most of it left.
