Check in the "sticky" topic on top of this Mixed, shaken and stirred forum.
You will find several links to free VST sites.

Well it's just that I don't want to download a fafilion(sorry been watching Austin Powers) programs just to find the one that I want.

I was just wondering if someone had found a VST that fit the specifications that i requested.

Do a search for a vst called Tubebaby also do a search for guitar suite and MDA these have tons of free plugins. I would look into using Kristal though. VST's with Audacity is a pain. With Kristal you can audition your plugins before you commit as I'm sure someone mentioned before. I think it was Kalle.

Is Krystal free? And also, is it better than Audacity?

It was last time I looked. As far as beter...itsw more like apples and oranges IMHO. Audacity is more of a wave editor that records multi track. Krystal works more like an older version of cake walk (similar) I like Audacity but it depends what you want to do with it. For simple recording and sound on sound its very easy. If you want to do midi and that kind of thing you need to look elsewhere.

Kristal also allows for real time effects and better multitracking. With Audacity, effects are applied after the fact and you don't really get to audition effects with exception of a very short preview. Yes Kristal is free.

It's sad that half the things that you said I didn't understand what you were talking about.
