FYI - BIG sale at Musicians Friend on recording equipment, including headphones, mics and recorders. I may have to sell some stuff to buy some stuff!

there have been horror stories about Musician Friend tanking lately. they are far behind on filling orders, sending wrong stuff.
I think I read it on Harmony Central.
I just ordered some small items 3 weeks ago and got all but 1 item. They e-mailed me it was back ordered and would be sent soon. I got an e-mail several days later saying it was on its way and then a couple days later, it arrived. I figure if they can keep track of pick-up rings, screw and other small things, they might be doing okay with larger more expensive stuff. They probably had to hire more people with this new larger warehouse and there is always going to be a learning curve for newbies. Besides, I am sure they would be more than willing to provide a "return authorization number" for a mis-shipped item. I had a dud EVJ head last year they replaced, no problems.
