Ah but can he bend a note? Can he improvise? How's his vibrato? How's his slide playing? How long does it take him to change a string on the fly? Seems to me this is one of those projects someone's built just to prove it can be done.....apart from anything else, take away the human element and you take away all feeling and passion....
Sure, it's fast - but it'll never put Clapton/Page/Vai/Van Halen out of a job....
