anyone know if hes playing in an alternate tuning for lap tapping? I think he probably is cause he seems to hit a lot of open strings with what hes playing and have it be ok, i was j/w cause i never want to play my guitar rightside up again haha.

Definitely open tuning for the tapping stuff but a lot of the stuff he does "regular" is standard tuning.
ive been experimenting with his style, even in normal tuning it has some intresting possibilities and sounds great. I wish those movies were longer.
