Greetings from Philadelphia
In March I had the opportunity to hit with G. Calvin Weston for a studio session. There are a few overdubs, but otherwise, the entire recording is live and is completely improvised. I am playing on an exquisite Vigier fretless guitar, opposite Calvin who is featured on drums, trumpet, and electronic drum pad. The music ranges from funk to free jazz, with other recognizable elements. If you are in the area, we will be playing some shows in Philly after Calvin gets back from Europe.
