This website aims to provide one short guitar piece, or ditty if you will, a day. Each one is either original, or a boring scale, lesson, progression, etc. Video, tab and a short writeup is included with each. In addition you'll find music news, folks that are far better at guitar then me and anything else I decide to add.

Nice idea and nice colours, too (blue & white :lol: ). I tried the "random ditties" and it seemed as if one or two came far more often than any others - maybe your random calculation isn't quite as random as it could be. I also got one page that told me
"Not Found
Apologies. But something you were looking for just can't be found. Please have a look around and try searching for what you're looking for.".
I think that maybe one (or both) of your limit calculations is wrong. Could it be that the count starts at 0, but that isn't being taken into consideration by the calculation?
Otherwise, nice site.

I wasn't too happy with the random either. I'd like it to just pick ditties as it currently is a random post. I'm not going to be able to do much about duplicates but as more ditties get added it should improve. I do plan on fixing it up though but I have to learn a bit about how wordpress works (at least figure out the db structure).
It seems quite a few people from this forum have taken a look around, thanks guys. I plan on sticking around but right now I'm really busy trying to get all the wheels in motion so forgive me if I lurk for awhile :)
