Ordered 4 el84s for my amp. They've only been in a day, but seem to be working fine. The tubedepot guy (forget the name) was polite on the phone. My order was processed and shipped the same day. Total cost was under $40 (including $4 for FedEx express saver shipping from TN to PA). The tubes were well packaged. I'm pleased with the results, and would deal with them again.
But, here's the cool part: The order was placed/shipped on Friday. Saturday, while at work, I check on the shipment (no patience, I know). Lo and behold, the package is at the Horseheads, NY facility (about 5m from where I work). I run over, and get my tubes. Best darn overnight shipping charges I've seen in a while. Woo-hoo FedEx! :D
