haha hey guys
now my amp aint working
i run a hartke ha3500 bass head
through an eminense cabinet
whilst at prac the amp started to smoke out through the vent
and sound stopped running through
now there is no sound running
but the power turns on and the eq and all the lights turn on
any suggestions
is it a fuse or something much worse?

The amps were already wired together so sound is coming out of both. Just out of curiousity what should the ohms be set to 4 or 8? On each speaker it has a 16 and a symbol that i'm guessing means ohms, its shaped sort of like a horseshoe.

If the speakers are wired in parallel (the red wire and the white wire hooked up to the same terminal on both speakers), two 16 ohm speakers will give you 8 ohms. In series they'd give you 32 ohms, which isn't a standard amp output impedance.
