I have a Fender SuperChampXD which I love but it has no input to plug my iPod.
I don't know much about mixers or what they are REALLY used for but could I use this Behringer MX400 to say plug my guitar into it and also my iPod then plug the mixer directly in to my SuperChamp?
Maybe also a 2nd guitar (if I ever jam with a real person lol )

You could plug the mixer into your combo - careful about volume levels the first time though.
You can take a feed out of your iPod's earphone socket into the combo or the mixer - you need a cable with a quarter-inch jack one end and 3.5mm the other.

Of course, doing that will have the ipod also affected by whatever distortion, EQ, and effects your guitar is.
I realise this is just a practice setup, but the ipod might be a bit odd sounding run this way.
Any amps I have seen amplify the "aux" input clean and separately from the guitar sound to keep your backing track as natural sounding as possible

Yep - my Marshall does this through the "CD In" socket. It still needs a quarter-inch plug though.
