I just found this on my news feed. It's a guy who sells PCB's for an open source 1W tube amp.
Good for someone with a technical bent who might like to try building their own tube amp.

I find it easier to build with point to point wiring, personally. I like to look around in places like Wal-Mart for small metal cooking pans to drill for chassis. http://tubesandmore.com/ has terminal strips that can be screwed to chassis and are convenient connection points.
PCBs are very limiting. Point to point is easy to rearrange when you get a whim to redesign your circuit or layout, unlike a PCB, where you're pretty well stuck with what you've got. I dislike them intensely.
