I am looking for a website that you can enter the Watts (and Ohm) of an amp then enter the Watts of speakers (hook up with other parallell speakers) and they tell me it match or not?

I don't think you're going to find what you're looking for (and I wouldn't trust the results if you do) because it's a lot more complicated than plugging in two variables. This page lays out some of the elements involved.

For basic impedance matching, with no regard to power,
e.g. finding which combination of speakers will create 8Ohm to match your 8Ohm amp.

And Personally with the power I make sure my speakers are rated to at least twice the output of the amp.
