I am thinking about buying a PA system. I am low on cash so I was looking at a Kustom PA system for 199.99
I plan to use this to mic my guitar amp for regualr small gigs (around 40 people). Would this be loud enough? There is no drummer, just 2 guitars and 1 bass. The other guitar player has a different PA.

Yes, for all intended purposes and if your not trying to overpower it. It shoud work just fine. On the other hand perhaps I would think of maybe something a little larger. reason once everyone is playing maybe picking alittle harder the dynamic's alone take on a volume of their own.
If you find yourself in a situation where other musicians are to loud, ask them nicely to lower their volume.
