Recently I've been experimenting with new ways to recreate my one man band in a live setting. I've pretty much mastered the recording process, but my live rig needs some work. I have...

1. A Fender 1000 RocPro 100W Amp Head and Cab
2. A Digitech JamMan Express XT Looper
3. A Kustom KG1 10W Amp
4. An Alesis SR16 Drum Machine (Straight from the 1990s)

What i'm thinking is that I can run the drum machine through my Kustom separately and use the looper through by 100W amp . That way, I can play the drum machine without it interfering with the looper, and I can loop my phrases in time with the drum machine. But I've heard word that it'll drift out of sync when I do that. I don't have the money right now to buy a Pigtronix Infinity Looper or a Boomerang III to sync MIDI with my drum machine and honestly it seems like too much of a hassle. Does anyone know if my method will work, and if not, could you give me some pointers on how to make it happen with what I have, or something relatively cheap and simple?
