Well, you could purchase an effects unit for your PA, or an individual effects unit in line with your mic like this.
I am not recommending this pedal, I know nothing about it. Just an example of what's out there.

I would say about any good digital delay will give enough options to sound anyway you'd like. It would be a matter of finding how many Milli seconds of delay they used, amount of regeneration, and feedback. to name a few.
