Hey, I'm new to this forum!
I've officially been playing guitar for a month and a half now and have realized that I'm going to stick with it. Previous music experience was piano, trombone, euphonium, tuba. I gotta say this is more satisfying.
Was borrowing a friend's epiphone les paul while i was getting into it, but have now purchase a highway one hss (and it is awesome).
I'm starting a worship band at church and I also enjoy playing modern and classic rock. Also I just purchased some pedals (that I'll be posting questions about)
My progress has been much better than i ever expected, the past musical experience probably helps - but I'll probably be asking questions on here - as well as from my teacher. I'm also 25 btw
Just wanted to say hi
Welcome aboard! :D
Good luck with your band & ask all the questions you need, plenty of good people here to help out. 8)

More satisfying than the ¿TUBA?
Welcome to GN. Hope you enjoy your stay.

tuba was my best instrument by far... and it was awesome. The problem was that I had nowhere to practice it (didn't work in the apartment...) and you have to practice at least 3 days in a row to be able to perform after not touching it. This was a great cause of frustration
Welcome to GN!
