I'm and 28 yr old girl from England but currently live in Madrid. About 6 months ago I started learning to play my electric guitar* progressing quite slowly with a book and more recently the help of this website. I must admit my hidden Jimi Hendrix talent hasn't unleashed itself out just yet :cry: but I'm not going to give up!! Although learning to play the guitar is pretty tough, (especially from beginner level without a teacher) once I do get a result it feels fantastic. And the lessons on this web site have helped me a lot. So thanks (if the editors are reading)!!!
*I actually wanted an acoustic but it was a present so I just stuck with what I was given :lol:

Welcome to the forums Zeppelin. I'm self-taught too...and yeah, somtimes it take s a bit of work, but you're absolutely right: the feeling when it clicks is worth every minute/hour/day of practice :smile: Hope to see you around the forums!
