Hey all, I bought myself a Seagull acoustic as a starter guitar earlier this summer then decided I needed/wanted an electric so I bought a second hand Stratocaster. Well I was wondering how far along I should be at this point? I can do the common chords working on the notes on the fret board, chord change seems slow and even though I'm having fun, progress seems really slow. Any thoughts? Is this about right for after 2-3 months?

Yes, you're round about where I'd expect you to be.

Are you having lessons in a properly structured order from a tutor, or just relying on Youtube vids?

I'm getting lessons, I wish I had taken some music lessons in High School.
