I just realized I had joined GuitarNoise way back in 2003, but drifted off since. So, hello again everybody! I got distracted with another love of mine, drawing and sketching, which I've been doing a bit seriously, so haven't been able to pick up my guitar as much. I still go about strumming occasionally. And music's still is my biggest inspiration for my drawings.
I hope to get back to playing guitar. Did take a few classes 5-6 years ago, but then, didn't follow through with dedicated practice, so , each time I pick up ,it's like starting all over again. Hand dexterity and muscle memory is what I think I mostly struggle with. And probably , not having completed learning a single song start to end sounds a bit discouraging.
Anyways, hopefully, participating here will be a good kick in the rear to get a bit more serious again :D
