1st hello to all. I have been playing for about 10 months now and loving it, even gettin the kids involved.
I have the Digitech RP355 and have just purchased the Boss BF-2 Flanger, cant wait to get home and try it out, but stuck in hotels until Thursday and have to wait. Until then I am tring to figure out what needs to go first: Guitar-flanger-rp355-amp, or Guitar-rp355-flanger-amp? I will be adding a phaser in the future but just need to know which should go first. Thanks
You can do either, see what you like best but I would put it after the RP355.
Common suggested order of effects:
1.Dynamic Range – Compression
2.EQ – Wah Pedal, Equalizer
3.Drive – Overdrive, Distortion, Fuzz
4.Modulation – Phaser, Flanger, Chorus
5.Time-Based – Reverb, Delay
Not a hard fast rule. More of a guide.
