Anybody else having trouble with "View Active Topics"?

When I click on "View Active Topics" on the index page, instead of a list of posts I get the message "No suitable matches were found."

Does anybody else have this problem or is it something on my end?

Thanks,

Thanks.

That is usually the first page I go to.

It's good to know it's not my computer.

Try clearing your cache. In Firefox, you can do Ctrl + F5 to override cache.

I started with nothing - and I've still got most of it left.

Thanks for the suggestion, but it didn't work :(

Is it working for you?

I've been having this trouble since Thursday.

I go to a couple of other phpBB sites, and it works for them and I don't think I've changed any of the settings on my computer.

I also get "No suitable matches were found."

I always use "View new posts". It works now.

I always use "View New Posts" too, but I just tried to "View Active Topics" and found "No Suitable Matches"

Looks like I need to do "View New Posts" until they get that fixed.

I'm glad it isn't me.

Does anyone know who to report this to?

I don't want to bug them but if they are unaware the problem exists, they might want to know.

Probably Paul will be reading the thread and he will fix it very soon (or he gives us tips for solving it). Perhaps it is just a configuration problem on the server side. It could be interesting if you could say when you start to detect the trouble, it could coincide with a change or update.

I think it started on Wednesday right before Thanksgiving. But it might be a day either way.

The forums were upgraded last Wednesday so this is probably a result of that. I'll look into it.

It's still not working for me either.

I tried clearing the cache to be sure, still no luck.

Other sites have been having the same problem after the latest upgrade. I'm following the steps they took to fix it. It should be ready in a short while.
