Love the bird with the twigs. Now we're going to be seeing $25 for twigs at GC. Argument about which woods types resonate the best for "playin' twig". Arguments with spouses will sound something like "but what I have is a Walnut twig. I need a White Birch twig to do any of that Seattle sound...."

 Roy.

The one with the twig sounded like me trying to play a solo!

this video is one of a few from an art exhibition in Paris. I didn't see it. I assume it is the work of one artist, but could be a group show.
the exhibition is about sound generation.
one piece I really liked was small pools filled with porcelin bowls. they floated on the water and were propelled by a gentle current. when the bowls bumpedinto on another they made a sound. very beautiful.
once you click the bird/guitar vid you will be able to access the other vids. there are a few of the birds on the guitars.
lots of bird dooddoo on those LesPauls.

I agree. the bird with the twig has great tone.
guess the adage tone is in the fingers isn't so true after all. birds don't have fingers.

Strumming pattern of Up/Twist rapidly/Release back down into place. U-T-T-R. Might need to lower them pickups. :)

Both those puns were just fowl.

Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming -- "WOW--What a Ride!"
