Funny thing - I was thinking about him a couple of weeks ago. Got Marilyn's grandson staying with us - he's an Everton fan, I'm a Liverpool fan. He's been raving about their new American (loan - he'll go back to LA Galaxy when our season's finished) signing, Landon Donovan. The name "Landon" took a couple of days to connect - then I realised where I'd heard it before. (No, not Michael Landon!) - the a few days later, up pops this thread again!
Great to see he's doing well....now when are you gonna get him a guitar?

He has a guitar but (no offense) right now prefers the drums. I mean, think about it, what kid doesn't love beating on something and not getting into trouble? He's in heaven when he comes over. :lol:

Thanks, Jim. I had a DW collectors kit, Tama Starclassic Bubinga kit and the Pearls set up at the same time. He'd always want to play the Pearls. How do they know at such an early age? :lol:

Good question..somehow they just do. Of course, he couldn't have gone wrong with any of them. When I tried to play drums, I was always gassed for a Pearl kit, but never got past a Ludwig starter set.
