Did anyone miss me? I was in Florida seeing that new grand child. Did anyone else do any spring break getaways?

Ah, those grandkids - don't you just love 'em! And the best part is, you can always hand them back.....

We're going to a christening next month - and the proud mum's sister is expecting, so there might be a christening and a birth on the same day....that'll be #17....

Congrats again TR....

:D :D :D

Vic

(Oh and as for spring break - we've borrowed some nice weather from somewhere - Philly perhaps? - it's been warm and sunny here for over a week now.....in APRIL!)

Snowed here in East Tennessee yesterday, too.

Must be global warming.

It was them that turned me to drink.

Yeah, it doesn't look like spring here. Had to leave Florida a little early ...... like the night before instead of in the morning. Had to race that storm home. Almost beat it too. Got to drive through some snow once we hit New York. At my daughters it was in the 80's and sunny. Here my wife had a snow day from school, it is windy and 30. I expect I'll be posting some more as I get rested up from that drive.

My boy in NYC got to work inside yesterday. He said it just rained real hard all day, and complained about his shoes and pants getting wet and dirty when he walked around outside, even with an umbrella. I told him that's what galoshes are for.

Well, to give the boy credit, he did go up there with a week's worth of clothes expecting to stay 4 days, has been there a month (not counting the side trip to L.A. and back) and isn't expected back in the foreseeable future. He's got to scrounge for himself.
