Hi folks,
Taso wants to participate in a blues jam and I was considering hosting a jam... so I dug up a backing track. It's supposed to be a gospel-style blues. Nice and slow... some organ in the background. I like it 8)

I broke it down into 40sec and 1min 20sec slots. Let me know if you think that works. If not, I'm happy to change the time slots. I have reserved the first two slots for me and Taso. I PM'd Taso to let him know about this jam. I'll let him have first choice and I'll take the other slot.
0:00 - 0:48 - Boogie
0:48 - 2:08 - Taso
2:08 - 2:48 - Dhodge
2:48 - 4:08 - Ignar
4:08 - end - Smokindog
Sweet man, thanks, I'll take either of the long slots! :)
Edit - Ohh, I'm loving this track. Should have something to you by Tuesday (im in NY for the weekend)
Boogie,
This was a cool backing track, different from the "normal" 3 chord 12 bar slow blues songs we have done before.
As I have some other recording project going on, I will not jump in this time.
But for shure, I will use it in my own chambers...

Ignar, you have slot 4 (the longer slot). I'll PM you e-mail address.
Ok, put me down for the last slot
right on dog.
Let's get one more, where you at Gnease?
Yeah, I missed you too

gonna be tomorrow for mine, can't seem to find my mic. (double posted in 2 threads, whatev.)
No rush guys... I've only just started working out my part.
If no one's spoken for the third slot yet, I'd like to volunteer (especially since it looks like it's only forty seconds  ).
Peace
d-hodge, awesome david. Looking forward to this
And I found my mic so I'll have it done tomorrow :)
Nice to have David on board. I'll PM my e-mail address to you.
should be in the mail boogie, let me know if you don't get it.
I had a blast playing over this, by the way, so again, thanks for hosting.
*Edit: Also, I reserve all rights to redo this and send it to you before you mix the thing. I listened to it just now and there are some things I'm not too fond of, but generally I like to do just one take, so maybe I won't redo it. Who knows ??
Edit 2: not going to redo it, but, does anyone feel like telling me what the chords are?
