Totally off topic, but Creed did an excellent cover of this song on the Faculty soundtrack. Excellent soundtrack, overall. Not commenting on the quality of the movie, though......
BTW, Rahul, regardless of what the old folks may say, there's no particular "Golden Age." Life's always got its troubles and pleasures.

Sept. 1st 1957, 48 years old :D I work as a charge nurse in a PCU midnights.
I sort of remember 18 - spots, no guitar, no girlfriend, charts full of rubbish - it was that post glam-rock, pre-punk era where disco ruled...on the whole I think I prefer 48, even though the charts are still full of rubbish....
We had - in the UK - 3 TV channels, all of which shut down at midnight....commercial radio was in its infancy, most people hadn't got VHF(FM) radios and still had to listen on crackly old Medium Wave (AM)...the only way to listen to the radio late at night was to tune into Radio Luxembourg, which sounded like R2D2 with hiccups....on the whole I think I prefer 48!!!

Just a thought, but I hope none of the ladies (members or members wives) got pregnant arond early September.....
And if you do have a kid born on the 6th June next year, do NOT - under any circumstances - call it Damien.....especially if it's a boy....
