You need to download it from whatever site you find it on and put it on a web server like one of the free photo sites. I think you can also do it from one of the free music hosting sites like DMusic or Soundclick. Once you have it there you can then link to it from here in your profile.
You can try linking to the one you like if the site it is on does not mind external links.
